About Me

My photo
SPORTSPAD
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
A self professed sport critic, mimic, quiz buzz and a ping-pong dabbler, I am a Bangalore based business analyst by day and a self Branded sportoholic with a perpetual hangover by night. When flirting with Chessmen, a tangential thought wormed itself into my mind, " Are all Sports given equal importance"? The obvious answer is ' NO'. When you hear of hockey players staying in stables and Cricketers covering themselves in satin bed covers, the answer unfortunately is appallingly obvious. A constant intoxication with all varieties of sport and the raw deal mooted out to most sport disciplines and sportsmen in this country, set me thinking and resulted in what you are seeing as 'SPORTPADS' SPORTPADS seek to sponge in sport and sportsmen seldom heard of, but who bring in laurels or cart the potential to bring glory to our slice of sport. In this gamut, where do you fit in? Apart from being a reader and soaking in buzz here, please join me in encouraging men and women from various fields of sport by acknowledging their contribution in their respective fields.
